Return/Refund

These are the information for returning your items.

  • Returns must be made within 10 days from when you received the shipping confirmation email for your order.

  • Remember that you need the purchase receipt /Invoice to return any item.

  • The items you return must be in the same condition you received them in.

  • Please use or include with the product being returned all original boxes, instructions/documents and wrappings.

100% x 101% Refund

You have up to 10 working days after You have received your delivery to cancel your order.

We provide two Refund methods to our customers if you are not satisfied with our products within 10 working days after You have received your delivery.

(i) 101% Refund would be refunded via E-gift card. An email would be sent to your registered E-mail after your refund case is approved.

(ii) 100% Refund - We will refund any money received from You using the same method selected to make a refund.

  • Other than in respect of goods made to your specification or are clearly personalized.

    • Customized items

    • Music CDs/DVDs; whose original wrapping has been removed

    • Please take good and reasonable care of the products whilst in your possession, and where possible original boxes, instructions/documents and

    • Wrappings should be retained and used for the return of the products.

    • Further details of this statutory right and an explanation on how to exercise it are set out in clause 12 of these Terms and are summarized on the

    • Dispatch Confirmation.

    • This provision does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

    • Vintage

    • Artisan’s pieces

    • Products provided by third parties.

If You wish to return a product, You can make a return to us

(i) At GOOSEBUMP stores in the country (Currently available in Hong Kong)

(ii) By Third Courier

You should contact us through our email to apply for the product return

  • (i) Return in-store at GOOSEBUMP: If there is a GOOSEBUMP store located in the country (Now available in Hong Kong) where your product was delivered, You may return it, in person, to a store itself. You must present the original invoice from the GOOSEBUMP website. Items can only be returned in GOOSEBUMP store that has the same section of the articles that you would like to return.

     (ii) Product exchange via Third Courier: You may also return the product to us in any GOOSEBUMP stores located in your country of residence or by giving it to the local courier.

    You should send the product in the same package received by following the directions on the “RETURNS/REFUND” section of our website.

    You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. If You have any doubts You can contact us through our web form or email.

Product Exchange

Where possible, please use or include with the product being returned all original boxes, instructions/documents and wrappings.

We will process your refund as soon as possible (and in any case, within 14 days of giving us notice of cancellation). We will refund any money received from You using the same method selected to make refund.

Upon receipt of the product, we will fully examine it and notify You of your right to a replacement or refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.

We aim to process the refund or replacement as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirmed to You via e-mail that You are entitled to a refund or replacement.
