Why Goosebump Loves Project Dyad

Shape that holds the outfit.

Project Dyad is for people who like their accessories to feel considered. Line, colour and full-grain leather texture come together in pieces that can stand out softly — or become the quiet detail that makes the whole outfit feel more intentional.

Made with locally sourced cow leather, each piece is designed to be carried, touched, and slowly shaped by daily life.

Made in Cape Town

From studio hands to everyday life.

Project Dyad works from its studio in Woodstock, Cape Town, where full-grain leather bags and accessories are made with care, rhythm, and attention to detail.

Using locally sourced cow leather, the pieces feel contemporary, useful, and quietly full of character. They are designed to be carried, touched, and slowly shaped by daily life.

For Goosebump, this is the charm of Project Dyad: it feels designed, but still personal — a leather piece with shape, colour, and a quiet sense of character.

Shape · Colour · Full-Grain Texture

A quieter kind of statement.

Project Dyad is for people who notice the small things — the curve of a bag, the colour that lifts an outfit, and the full-grain leather that becomes more personal with time.

Texture

Full-grain leather pieces, made with locally sourced cow leather, that grow softer, richer, and more personal with daily use.

Who it is for

Someone who appreciates useful things, but still wants the gift to feel personal, considered, and not too predictable.

Gift First

A useful gift, but not a predictable one.

Project Dyad is a thoughtful choice for someone who already has the basics — someone who notices shape, colour, leather texture, and the small twist in an everyday object.

It feels special enough to give, but practical enough to become part of daily life. That balance is exactly why Goosebump loves it.

For everyday use — a bag or accessory that can be carried often, not only kept for special occasions.

For design lovers — clean lines, wearable colour, and full-grain leather without being too loud.

For personal gifts — useful, beautiful, and slightly unexpected.

Jessika, founder of Project Dyad, whose design journey led from Germany to Cape Town About Jessika

Founder Note

A journey from Germany to Cape Town, shaped by design and connection.

Jessika grew up in Germany before moving to Berlin to study Fashion Design. In 2011, an internship brought her to Cape Town — a city whose spirit, people, and way of life stayed with her.

After years of creative collaboration, Dyad was launched in 2016. Today, Jessika leads the brand with a love for balance, contrast, personal growth, and meaningful connections.

Her world beyond design — travel, vintage hunting, books, dogs, music, food, and the outdoors — gives Project Dyad its human warmth: considered, independent, and quietly full of character.
