These terms describe shopping on the Goosebump online store at www.goosebump.live. For questions about a product or order, use our Contact page. Our shop is at 81A Hollywood Road, Central, Hong Kong.

Choosing your products

Please review the product description and selected model, size or other option before placing an order. Product-specific information explains what is included and whether an accessory must be purchased separately. Pre-sale items and their stated shipping arrangements are identified on the relevant product page.

Prices and checkout

Review the currency, product price, delivery charge and total shown at checkout before paying. Keep your order confirmation and contact Goosebump with your order details if you need help.

Delivery and collection

Delivery eligibility depends on the product and destination. Check the product page and the delivery choices available for your order. Any estimated times are estimates rather than a guaranteed arrival date. See our Delivery page and contact us before ordering if your gift is needed by a particular date.

Light Soy Portable is currently available for Hong Kong delivery only. Do not assume the same restriction or delivery arrangement applies to every other product. If you choose store collection, wait for the Ready for Pickup notification before visiting.

Defective or incorrect items

Under our commercial returns and refunds policy, we accept requests for defective items or incorrect items supplied by Goosebump. We do not offer returns or refunds simply because you change your mind. Please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery or in-store collection, with your order details, a description of the issue and reasonable evidence. Goosebump will assess the case and arrange the appropriate remedy.
