Order Fulfilment

  • We accept payment by Apple Pay, Paypal, credit card (VISA, Master)

  • An email will be sent to you after our couriers have created a shipping order, a tracking number will then be provided. You can trace the parcel through couriers’ app or website.

    If the schedule of the web order has not been provided, we will contact customer for scheduling the delivery via phone or email within 3 days from the date of purchase.

  • Such function is not available yet. However, once you completing the payment, you should receive the following documents sent from our system:

    Order Confirmation: when the payment received and order generated successfully.

    Delivery Confirmation: informing the expected delivery/pick-up date within 3 days since receive the order confirmation.

    Invoice: when the order was ready for delivery, certificate for product guarantee and return.

  • We use local couriers, for details, please refer to our shipping and costs page.

    If you order through the website, you can place delivery orders to both Hong Kong and Outlying Islands.

  • Yes. You may also choose to pick up your order free of charge at Goosebump Studio, visits are by appointment only.

After Sales

  • We emphasize on packaging for your best shopping experience. However, if your order arrived incomplete, contained damaged products, or didn’t even show up, which mostly does not happen prior to our experiences, we’re here to help. Email enquiry@goosebump.live

    We will help you find a solution. To ensure a smooth and efficient response, we would be most grateful if you could provide the:

    • Sales order number for any after sales enquiries -

    For orders purchased through the website or online, this will be 6 figure number in your confirmation email;

    If you are unable to find our sales order, please send us photos which can help us identify the product and follow up your case.

    • Photos for any product related enquires – particularly for product quality issues, exchange and returns etc.

    • The name , telephone number or email address of who we should contact.

  • Refunds from the Goosebump Online shop will be proceeded through the original payment method within 2-3 weeks of processing.

  • We only offer refund or exchange to items that are defective.

    Defected items must be unused, undamaged and together with our Goosebump label and original invoice attached, then securely place them into the original card box.

    Orders can only be returned within 7 days after the goods collected after delivery and unused.

Can I distribute Goosebump products?

For in-house designed products, distribution can be made as retail purposes after being franchised.

Where are Goosebump products sourced?

Our products are manufactured by suppliers over the world, namely United States, Germany, England and India.

We make sure they carry the same profile, which is original, good design, and high quality. We inspect every item upon arrival.

How can I get large items home?

Most Goosebump products are flat-packed in sturdy cardboard boxes. It makes them easy to carry home.

By taking them home yourself, you can put the delivery driver's wages straight into your own pocket and save money. But if you need a hand, home delivery is always available, please contact our Customer Service to schedule.

Why does Goosebump charge customers for delivery service?

Our local couriers offer door-to-door delivery, tracking and calling services, to enhance your shopping experience at an affordable charge.

What are the approximate lead-times for the home delivery service?

We ship out the order the next business day.

Lead-times do vary, but typically the lead-times for the home delivery service are between 1-3 days to Hong Kong. Conditions might change according to couriers’ condition or high-volume sales. Please contact the Customer Service or respective courier for your latest shipping update.
