Founded in 2016 by Paris-based illustrator Juliette Mallet, Coucou Suzette turns flowers, animals, fruit and everyday details into playful accessories with a sense of humour.
Trained in illustration and jewellery-making, and having studied in Japan, Juliette brings her love of comics, retro colour and Japanese wagashi into her designs.

From an illustration to the right shape.
Juliette starts with a hand drawing, then develops a technical illustration. Prototypes are refined to find the right petals, colours and details.
Cellulose acetate made from plant-derived cellulose, shaped through machine work and hand processes for pearlescent effects, translucence and rich colour.
